I have only made a few loopy bows and I really like them, however I have a hard time getting my loops to seperate nicely. I am trying to put my ribbon widths in a different order to see if that helps. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Re: Loopy bows
My favorite "trick" is the sally clip. I clip it on the bow, then shape a bit, then tie the center. Before I remove the clip, I spray the bow with Aussie (to stiffen), and let it dry. I usually end up with a well-shaped bow this way.
If you stiffen your bows a little before you stack them you will get a better effect imo. Also try putting one of your bows (usually the base) upside down.
