I don't recommend that detail glue gun either. I purchased back in May is it was terrible. You have to constantly be pulling on the trigger for even a little to come out and then after a while A whole lot comes out. I recently bought the one from Wal Mart, Ad Tech, and it seems to be working really good.

i bought the detail gun and i hate HATE it. i think i will stick to my old glue gun. i had the same problems like most of you. i had to keep pushing the trigger, and the thing kept leaking. i am returning it to hobby lobby tommorrow!!!! >

Thank you for the hair dryer tip. I assumed that all the strings were due to the fact that I use a cheap $1.99 glue gun, but it appears that a lot of people are having problems regardless of the gun.
Good to know about the detail guns. I was thinking of buying one for myself for Christmas. ![]() |
