Attaching flowers to beanies or crochet headbands?

How do most of you do this? I've hand-sewn them but they seem pretty wobbly, so I've put some glue on, as well. Just wondering if there is a better way--you senior members must have suggestions! ???!!! Thank you in advance for any help...

From what I've read, attach them to a alligator clip & slide them in. HTH

I have that as an option, as well, but am looking to permanently attach them, as well (some of my customers don't want clippies for infants)...thank you, though!

Try to sew a few stiches through the petals with color matching thread.

I have found that many people want them permanently attached as well. I use E-6000.HTH

I attach them to a lined clippie so they are interchangeable and I often sell a headband with them. I guess you could glue them on to the beanie...that would hold as well.
