I was wondering what type of photo editing software do you recommend? I think Picture It is the one that has the option of making that white/fading border around your picture, right? Which version is it? I think the newest one is 10? It has bad reviews though.

I'd appreciate any recommendations. Thanks!

I use photoshop and paint shop pro x2. I probably use the paint shop more. Here's a link to the site , if you click on trials you can download a free 30 day trial before you purchase. I love it...hth
