Hi there. I am wondering if anyone has instrucions or knows how to make these bows that I have seen on eBay (30015426454)--they are called Simply Double--I'd like to TRY to make them in the 3 inch size....Thank You!!!

I just saw your post. The item# has expired on eBay. Is it from seller hetianlu? If yes, I made that bow.

Here is the instruction:
How To Make Boutique Hair Bow--1--Folding, Making 4 Loops Even. : Hip Girl Boutique!, Hair Bows, Baby Hair Clips, Rockabilly Hair Accessories and more.

Use method a) to make 2 basic bows, then use elastic thread to tie them together.
