Hi Everyone!

My question is about the baby headbands people are making with the braid. The braid seems to go all the way around the head, with the ends hidden under a bow. I know that there has to be elastic somewhere in mix, but does anyone know where? I can only guess it goes through the braid somehow or there is a small piece also hiding under that bow.

Thanks,
Melanie

Cool Re: Braided Hair Clips

Hello. Did you figure out the braided headband? I am trying to figure it out as well w/o having to spend $ to buy the instructions. Someone called it a "military braid", is that what it is? Any help would be appreciated.

there is no elastic involved. It just is stretchy when it is braided. I never buy instructions but I bought the instructions for the braided and woven and they were both sooo worth it. They are both super easy to make.

I never buy either but I did get those off etsy and it was well worth it. Tells you how to do the braid with two or four colors, headbands that go all the way around too.

Where are you getting the instructions? I'm definitely interested in purchasing them because I think these are a great alternative to bows for the "bigger girls".

Thanks!
