So i bought some of the wooden animals/shapes that go on the hair bow holders.... im having problems trying to get the UPC label off the back of them.... is there any tricks to get that darn label off??

Try heating it up with a blow dryer. This works for me on most stickers.

windex usually will dissolve those pesky stickers!! just lay it down, spray some windex on it and let it sit a few min. then it should come off. HTH.

buy the stuff called Goo Gone they sell it at walmart and its an orange color.Not sure where about because my mom bought it but it works great!

I bought the same shapes you did. I heat it up with a hairdryer and it comes right off.

awesome thank u!!! I spent an hour using my fingernails to get the labels off 8 shapes and animals... So now I know for next time!!!!!

Goo gone works great, as do other acids. Lemon juice is even great by itself, but just a little warning; if whatever you're taking the sticker off of is painted, these acids can wear away some of the paint too. My husband didn't think of this and took a sticker off of the tailgate of his truck. Now it has a noticable spot where the paint looks not as shiny.
