Default Starching?

Do you starch every loop of every bow. I'm sitting here staring at these 40 PTO bows and dreading stuffing all those loops, spraying a couple of coats, waiting to dry and unstuffing. Should I just suck it up and get to stuffing and spraying? What do y'all do?

I don't enjoy the stuffing part etc..but I sure do enjoy the end result. Its like the icing on the cake for me! I actually stuff it with scraps of tulle I have left from the tutus. I like a nice crispy firm bow, but then again I like to smell fresh clothes etc.. I'm a goof.

Thanks for the reply. Your daughter is goegeous. How old is she? I have a 8 month old. I love her headband. My mom and husband always yank anything off that I put on Lily's head so I don't even bother anymore, but I LOVE hers!

I actually hate the stuffing part.....so I cheat a little. I spray them with startch on a towel and then I use my blowdryer on low/high heat and hold the bow in shape with my hand while going over it with the dryer...lol. It works a little fast for me....atleast I think it does...haha.

Thank you, she is 4 months old at her "chubby" state! hee hee. I have three sons and FINALLY a daughter so my family accepts that she's dressed to the nines!

Hey great tip about the blow dryer!

What do you guys stuff your's with? I've never stuffed them, just always sprayed them as is. I imagine stuffing them would help them look even better!
