Default Butterfly Antenna for Halloween Costume

I am hoping that some of you talented ladies can help me out with this. My neighbor bought her daughter a butterfly Halloween costume from Gymboree, but the antenna that come with the costume won't fit her daughter's head. She has asked me to make her some. Do any of you have any cute ideas on how I can make butterfly antenna for a 9 month old?

I made my DD lady bug antennas this year since she wont wear headbands. They are just pipe cleaners with tulle balls(?) on the top and bottom, attached to aligator clips. I put her hair in pigtails and clips the antennas in front of the piggys. If that makes sense?

This is what I did for Michele. I attached tulle pom-poms to a black spiraled pipe cleaner. I then attched that to layered crocheted headbands. Here's a pic of my ds displaying them, as my sweet baby Michele was sleeping at picture time...

You could always change out the colors for a butterfly (vs the red/black for a ladybug)
