I make the nylon headbands but was wondering how everyone attaches the big floral flowers. I have a customer that does not want it on a clip but just on the headband. do i just e6000 it?

If she doesn't want it on a clip, I would sew it on. HTH!

What I have done is when you take apart the flower, sew on the bottom petal layer to the headband. Then take hot glue or E6000, whatever you use, and glue on the rest of the layers.

That's what I would do. I've seen them at a local boutique, and it was just hot glued to the band, and it was all lumpy on the inside. How horrible for the sensitive little heads of the soon to be wearer! After seeing that, I can home and played around with some, and this method suggested by Geboraco, was the best way I came up with! (this was a year ago when I was just starting out) I'd do it this way if a customer wanted it perm. attached....
