I saw some bows with organza top and grosgrain base. Pretty too.

One more thing, I make my bows so that when I fold them they are on a big angle (like the picture posted below). Do you just fold on a smaller angle to get that look? Make sense? I guess that looks better with the 1 1/2" ribbon...

I'd like to sell them as a group. They are popular colors I picked and if I break them down, it's hard to sell others since some of them are used.

I remember joann carries oranza. Not sure brown and red but white, black and pink I think they have.

Thanks.

They are slightly different. Check out the instruction below. I use method a) on those organza bows. Make 2 of them then tie together. I think your bow is method b)

This style is one of my top seller. Attatched is another top seller. Same method with a layer of spike. I use to sell them on eBay at $5 each. I don't like to make the spikes though, It doubles the effort.

Organza is just a little more frustrating to me that grosgrain -- but does anyone have any pointers on heat sealing organza???
I have never tried this because I really don't work a whole lot with organza, but one of my many set of hair bow instructions said to heat seal but not to touch the tool to the ribbon. She said that if you held it real close to the organza that the heat from the tool would seal it. ????? Might be worth a try. Let me know if it works.

I put the ribbon on cookie sheet, use metal ruler and swipe (like you swipe a credit card) the wood burning tool really quick. It'll cut and seal.

The wood burning tool works just fine. Just do it quickly and it seals perfect.
