Default Need help with Starching

Hi, My name is Jackie and I have been checking out this site for the past few months (which I think it is awesome and has answered tons of my questions), but for some reason I can get my bows to sit at the angle that I want them when I shape them.
I was hoping that I can get some insight on how to angle my bows to look like the one here. (just to be clear, this is not my bow or picture, it is just an example of a pretty bow that I have found online...and if this belongs to anyone here I think it is gorgeous.)
