WOW! Well after all that...if anyone is still curious on how to make them I can help because I make these too.
They are made using a tiny styro foam ball sold in a pack at Michaels, then you paint it with acrylic paint in the 3 colors, sprinkle it with clear microbeads (found in the scrapbooking section) let it dry and then add a coat of sealer...and that's it you have yourself a sno cone!

Now can everyone stop fighting...besides asking is how we have all learned so much

YOU ARE WELCOME! I always feel like everyone has shared so much and I know that if it wasn't for this litte group I would NOT know as much as I do. I am glad to share and give back as much as I can. Besides I don't mind if anyone makes and sells what I do because I do this as a hobby for my little girls

Alright so I have a little popsicle drying in my kitchen as we speak! YEAH!!!! However I have no idea what kind of sealer to use. Does anyone have a suggestion. I can't want to show you all my popsicle clippy!
