Wow! That is adorable!!! I would love to make one, too. My dd loves fish! I will try to figure it out tomorrow though I won't get my hopes up as I am not very good at this yet. Please do share if anyone does know how to make it!

It's a single loop (just like a loopy bow). I'll take pictures when I have time.

Thanks for sharing Leslie. Is that 7/8" ribbon? I will have to go out and get some before I try it. It will be on my next shopping list. My dh loves that I keep buying ribbon for fun.
