Gathered Tutu Dress ...too cute
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay how do you think she did this? This is TOO cute. Looks like she just wrapped ribbon around the tulle at a lower level to create the 2nd gathering around the waist, or maybe its two bands of elastic she weaves the tulle through?

My thought is that there are 2 elastics used to create that look and the tulle is knotted on each of them.

lololol..I like the sexy comment....yeah I feel teh same way...maybe for a weding like the white one on her etsy shop..but for regular use..hhmm..no not for me....If Rachelle was older perhaps..it reminds me of this VS top I have....
