Default Another tutu bow holder question

I was wondering if anyone makes the top of the tutu out of just fabric and batting and doesn't use foam board or wood? I was trying it out and it seemed like if I use batting and the foam board then the foam board wasn't really needed.

I'm sure they'd look GREAT that way, and it's your own spin to them. I think it would take a lot of extra work though? If you do them that way, I'd love to see how they turn out!

I haven't added the tulle yet, but I made my bodice's with batting covered cardboard and fabric. They are really sturdy (I used 3 layers of cardboard!) and look good (IMO)

** Remember, these are works in progress... they are the bare minimum! LOL
