How do you decorate your Christmas tree clips?

I'm making up some Christmas clips for a customer and my Christmas tree looks kind of plain to me. How do y'all decorate your trees? I'm thinking I could get some small sequins and use those as ornaments, do you think that would work?

I was thinking about trying the super tiny decorative string of lights in the craft department. KWIM? I haven't yet but thought it might be cute.

Oh, that would be super cute!! Maybe some little beads or little clay candy canes?

what about beeding some seed beads and stringing it for garland?

sequins, little pipe cleaners, rhinestone star on top or I usually tie a red bow and put on top.

I just made one, I put a rhinestone star on top and have been contemplating using the round rhinestones as ornaments. Hadn't decided yet though.

I guess I am boring, I like it plain!! Just a star, or bow on top.
