Default Has anyone used these instructions?

I just posted an intro, I'm new here. My name is Beth and I'm new to making bows and headbands for my twin girls...Carrie & Gracie.

I just found these instructions on making headbands...

Free Woven Headband Instructions

There's also a video, but I think the written ones are easier to follow. I was going to buy some instructions, but these seem to be good. I've actually made a few nice ones. Am I missing anything by just using these and not buying instructions? I think there's also bow instructions on the website, but I haven't watched it.

I did however, order some more headbands from them and some other things. I got free shipping so I went a little crazy.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone. I had no idea groups like this even existed until I started searching around for things.

Have a great day!

Hello and welcome! You will find this forum addicting! I bought the origional little cans of beans instructions for these headbands. They start off the headband a little different but other than that it look like the same. I did find some free ones out there also but I wanted the origional so I bought them. It's only $7 and I was able to print them so I could really look at them as I'm working. HTH

Welcome to the group! I use those headband instructions to do my woven headbands and they turn out really great! They even tell you how to achieve the stripes and zig zag models.

I use those, but I know little cans of beans sells great instructions, too. I have been thinking about purchasing hers. I am sure she has some neat tricks that aren't included in those instructions. Welcome to the forum. It is very addicting and very fun. I have learned so much since finding it.
