I need to make a baby a headband bow for tomorrow. Is this what everyone uses? Also how do you attach the ends, do you sew them together or tie it??

Thanks I need to get this bow done today!

Just use the knee highs & cut the band off at the top. Put the toe end inside the opening & sew through. I usually take a few stitches back & forth & then wrap the thread around several times to cinch it. Cover the gathered part with a strip of ribbon that is glued on. Make sure the ribbon isn't too tight or too loose so if it is used for a bow it wil fit but not flop around.
If this doesn't make sense let me know.

you could use any type of knee highs but i don't recommend it, the cheapy ones pull easily and snag, i get the george/microfiber ones at walmart, they are about 2.50 each but i think its worth it because the texture and quality of them is way better than the cheap ones!

This headband is made from tights, not knee-highs, but same idea! HTH!
