I searched on the internet for gingerbread people as they would make adorable
hairclips for the holidays. I found the above site which is selling instructions for the above. You might get an idea from the booklet, although the picture is small. Let me know if it works out. I will continue to search.

Yeah, I did mine just like what Heather says. I use ric rac ribbon for the white trim, cut out ribbon for the head and heat seal it.
