Default Perfection

I've been making bows for years now. I can't for the life of me figure out how to make bows this perfect. Does anyone know if a template was used? My bows are good but these seem so uniform and perfect.

That bow is pretty perfect. I use the NBNG templates. It helps make them uniform.

What is "NBNG"?

I saw a method on youtube using cardboard and cutting a slit in the middle. That helped a bit. It's so hard for me to get the sides even.

That bow is beautiful! I use the brilliant bow maker by little pink ladybug and I LOVE them. It does make the bows look very uniform but I have also used the 'cardboard' templates before and they help bows stay uniform as well. I don't think my bows would ever look THAT perfect though.

Thanks ladies. I'm trying to find a template or suggestion on how to get them to have the shape as the one I linked. I'm considering bbm buy I'm not sold just yet. I've tried to find good examples online and I haven't had luck. Anyone have examples of their bows made using it?

I use Schiff ribbon and I think its pretty great in comparison to some. Do you think that's a good quality ribbon for shaping?

If I could figure out how to upload more than one picture at a time from my phone I would share a bunch! I will tell you I was a little 'iffy' about buying the bbm as well but I've had them for well over 2 years and they are just amazing. I mainly use the classic templates and surround loop ones but the snap templates are great if you make twisted boutique bows and have a hard time with them ...like me! lol but they really are worth in...in my opinion anyways

I love the Top Notch Templates. I couldn't get them so proportional without them!
