need wording help

Hi I need some wording help. Would anyone mind helping me?? This is what I have so far and I hope it makes sense.

Starting September 1st, 2008 BellaLu Pretties will launch a new reward program called

Bella Bucks!

The details: For every $1 you spend (not including shipping) you earn 1 point. When you get to 200 points you earn a $10 Bella Buck. You may use the bucks to purchase anything on the website with the exception of custom clothing.


It is the same as the old gap rewards system. Points are earned as a customer makes purchases. I'm not sure if that is clear.

Well that part I hope so LOL. I'm going to keep a spreadsheet document. I've never done this before.

lol-yeah I was thinking if you just did a spreadsheet with their names and then each column next to their names would be for each purchase-that shouldn't be too bad.

I printed off postcards to mail to my customers who buy from me all the time but haven't sent them out yet-they have a coupon code on them. I feel like I should do something-so I need to get on that.
