She doesn't have the box for it but I'm thinking it must be it.

Are the bottles pretty plain?

When you use ET Lite, know that a little goes a long way. I mix mine measuring 1 capeful of each bottle. That usually does about 20-25 bottlecaps (at least) When you mix ET Lite stir, stir, stir and when you think you have stirred enough stir some more. It will be full of bubbles. Don't worry about the bubbles. Apply the ET Lite a few bottlecaps at a time, then run a light ( I prefer candle lighters) over the bottlecap and it will pop the bubbles. It take ET Lite about 24 hours to fully dry.

Have Fun

Nicole, what type of Mod Podge do you use? Just the plain traditional one?

Nicole, you mean you use a long handled lighter to pop the bubbles? I have made bottle caps for a while now and use ET lite and sometimes I don't get bubbles and sometimes I cannot seem to get the bubbles out. Never heard of this trick only to use a straw a blow on the bottle caps to get the bubbles out. When you use the lighter do you use it straight over the ET lite on the top or underneath the bottle caps from below? Sorry for all the questions just really interested!
