Default How to attach Bow to Headband w/out alligator clip?

Is there a way to attach bows to headbands w/out using clips? I don't like that the clips can be seen and some of our headbands are skinny -- maybe 3/8" in size.

Looking for something easy.. I'm NEW at this!

thanks everyone.

I just started making them and I glue them on and still look good. HTH

If it's a hard plastic headband, just glue on the bow before putting the center on, then wrap the center around the headband and glue. I sometimes put a small felt circle over the glued area over the headband and onto the bow itself to just make it more secure. If it's a skinny elastic headband, I glue directly onto the band then use a felt circle over the elastic and glue it onto the bow from behind to secure.

Thanks for the posts. I guess I forgot to mention - that I wanted something that was "detachable" - so the bows I make are not stuck w/ a particular headband, and I'm able to mix 'n match.

thanks

For detachable items I have tried snaps, but that has been met with mixed reaction. Some bows are too heavy and "tilt" on the headband.
