Default Bling Converse

What do you use to glue your crystals on your shoes? I've used e6000 but I had a few to fall off!!!

Did you make sure they were really clean first? Maybe even with rubbing alcohol? Was it on the rubber or fabric part?

No, I didn't rub them down with alcohol. And it was on the rubber part.

You definitely want to make sure the shoe is clean as possible before starting to glue the rhinestones on. My SIL makes them and she uses e6000 as well and has never had any fall off. I would do as a previous poster said and clean the shoe with rubbing alcohol. Hope to help!

We use hot glue for pretty much everything! When I have flat backs that I want to attach to an "ify" surface, I take some sand paper and just rub the back of them a bit to make some grooves. This helps the glue sorta cling to the stone as well as the surface. Hth.
