Default Felt circles

Hi crafters!

Can you give me your ideas on how you make your felt circles for the bows/flowers on headbands? I bought regular plain felt at the craft store and 1. it's not easy to cut and 2. it seems to fall apart slightly.

Without resorting to buying circles online, how can I make my own that are durable and what's the best way to cut them? (I don't have any sort of Sizzix, Cuttlebug, Cricut...etc.)

Thanks!

If you want to make them yourself without a die cutter just decide on a good size, find a template, (jar lid, cup) trace and cut with very sharp scissors.

The felt off of the bolt tends to be better than the sheets. If you can get wool blend felt it is the best--it has a velvety feel and is more pliable.

1" squares work just as good - it doesn't have to be in a circle!
