Default how to make these shirts?

HI ladies, i would like to know how these shirts are made. I get ost of request for shirts like these but i have no clue how to cut out the letters and numbers, what about the different characters? is there a special machine for that or is it all free hand?

The shirt looks like it is screen printed...my question is who is that shop even open on etsy?!?! The iphone cases really... and the halo heaven bloomers and bow pic... how do people get away with this?

It does look like screen print but I agree so many resellers on etsy grr. I may be able to embroider something for you depending on the design and price range you are looking for.

Thank you, Im actually not needing anything right now but would love some shirts later on to match some minnie mouse bows. I will keep you in mind. I was just wondering because people ask me all the time if i can make shirts similar but i have no idea how those are made. thank you ladies.

It looks like an iron on. If you look closely at the "Dora" tutu set, you can see the outlines on the letters. At least that's what it looks like to me. A good quality printer and good transfer paper will give you a good iron on transfer.

UGH! That drives me nuts! I would have drew the pictures, cut them out and free hand appliqued them. There's probably programs for the numbers, but shouldn't be any for the actual characters (copyrights)
