Default How to make this headband?

Does anyone know how to make these, is it crochet or just weaving the yarn together somehow?

It looks like a crochet chain to me. If you look at the second picture on this listing you can see the back "bump" you get when you are crocheting a chain and the original picture you listed shows the "V" formed on the right side of a crochet chain.

So it looks to me like it a crocheted from some VERY bulky yarn (likely a couple strands)..with an eye lash yarn too.

Looks really easy if you know how to crochet!

I was thinking the same thing. Looks pretty simple, and the fun fur hides it a bit.

If you can't crochet, maybe a braid would work with eyelash yarn (or maybe even a twist).

It says that it is stretchable up to 2 months, so does that mean they have somehow put some elastic in it somewhere, because yarn doesn't normally stretch that much. I know how to do a chain stitch and I know how to braid, so I may try it each way, just need to get some yarn like this.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and ideas on how to make it,

Loose crochet will stretch that much. Or you can crochet holding both the yarn and elastic thread, but I dont think thats necessary.

i bought stretch yarn at acmoore - found it where they have the baby yarn . . .

joann's advertises it . . . http://www.joann.com/bernat-baby-str...rn/xprd757938/

the ones i got are solid colors

edit - this pic shows the ends of the yarn . . . and i forgot to say they are beautiful - and quite reasonably priced!
