Default How to make this "twirl tutu"?

I came across this kind of tutu on a site today and have been searching for some instructions on how to make something like it but have not been able to find anything. I am sure it is pretty simple to do but I like to have instuctions to follow (and preferable pictures too) to make sure I am doing things right to work out what I have done wrong if it doesn't work out right. Does anyone know of a tutorial for anything like this?

The second picture if the same style but it has 3 layers instead of 1.

TIA
Jodie

ETA: For some reason it won't let me post the pictures or a link to the pictures. The tutus seem to be a continuous skirt of tulle with satin ribbon edging at the top and bottom of the skirt and the bottom is kind of ruffled like lettuce leaf so it looks really full even though it is just one piece of fabric if you get what I am talking about.

It won't let you post a link or pictures because you are so new. (They were trying to cut down on spammers.)

Anywho....I think I know what you're talking about. Search for a SEW tutu (instead of no-sew where you cut 6" spools into strips and knot). I think this link is what you want: http://sewing.about.com/od/hallowee1...lerinatutu.htm

Then just do the same for the bottom that you did for the top. Hope that's what you're looking for!

Is this what you are talking about?

You can just add ribbon to the bottom of the tutu. An elastic waist would help it ruffle more I think.
Its small because it fits my 10 week old chihuahua puppy.

That's so cute BlackRose, lol.

Yeah that's pretty much what I was talking about, thanks ladies. (Kind of figured it was because I was new that I could post them.) The ones I found were at tutugirl.com and that one on Polyvore looks pretty much the same kind of thing. =)
