Default Starch Question

I've seen a ton of threads about using starch to stiffen bows. Well, I bought the spray stuff, can I just spray it and let it dry?? Most of the posts I read mentioned either blow drying or baking. I was just wondering if I can let them dry naturally. Thanks!

I've only air dried them. I guess if you're in a hurry you could try the other methods!

If you are using it in a pump, make sure you rinse it out after using. It clogs the pump, and it a pain to get working for the next use.

I usually let mine air dry, but I'm usually starching bows/clips that have already been glued, so I would worry about the glue melting if they got too warm.

I have yet to bake anything but korkers. Granted, I don't make a TON of bows, but as of now, I spray starch them and lay them in the laundry room to dry, usually takes overnight.

I starch then back and sometimes starch again. I'm pretty sure it's just a personal preference though

This was a good question, glad to know this. Is there any certain kind of starch spray that works the best?
