Thanks everyone. I definitely suck at creasing, it's the hardest part for me, so I thought that may have something to do with it. I will play with it. I also can't access the link I think it's because I'm a newbie.

Looking at one of mine, I do have that closer together look that the OP wants and it's on a bow with just one crease across the center - ^^. So hmmmm. When I do just the two "mountains", the folds are even. So the up and down lengths are exactly or nearly exactly the same. I wonder if on the OP's bow, the center valley is shorter than the edges and maybe that has something to do with it.

I agree...it's all in the center fold. I do the three crease fold and pinch off tight...the OP bow looks like it only has two creases.
