Default no-slip???

I got my first order for no-slip alligator clips. I am going to buy some of that waffle shelf liner, isn't that something that can be used?? Also, where do you glue the no-slip piece, on the top (over the ribbon) or on the bottom of the clip? I was just wondering before I did them. Thanks!

I use velcro for non-slip. I put it on the top.

I put my no slip grip on the top. I find it easier to place in the hair if the bottom is left plain.

so you just cut a piece of shelf liner or velcro and glue it on the under side of the top part of the clip??

Thanks guys! I figured it out. I bought a cheap roll of waffle shelf liner at Walmart for 96 cents. I just glue a small piece to the top and the clip closes just fine.
