I don't know if it would help, but maybe you could cut the length of ribbon you need for your bow and then put it in the oven for a few minutes, then make your bow while the ribbon is still a little warm?

This is kinda what I was going to try w some of my stiff printed ribbon. Maybe 100 degrees for a few minutes. I also thought about using the hair dryer on low to soften the plasticky (not a word) printed images.

Not sure how, but I missed these last two posts! Good idea though! I think I figured out a solution though... I cute my ribbon 2 inches bigger than I normally do, which doesn't make the bow that much bigger and it seemed to shape a lot better!!! It was kind of an accidental thing, the clay I was using needed a little more room in the middle, so I bumped it up and wa-la
