Default Stacked bow question

When you ladies are doing your stacked bows do you put the center around just the top bow or do you put it around all the layers? Tia for your opinions.

I glue each bow part to each other and then wrap with my thread (or whatever you use) then I wrap the entire stacked bow together with my thread one more time and then add my center ribbon and wrap that a couple of times. My bows HAVE NEVER COME APART! Just make sure when you are wrapping thread or ribbon that you pull it tight.
