Default How to Put an Elastic on This Bow

Hi all! I am new here, but i am making dog hair bow. I have made this one right here https://twitter.com/#!/ralphthepoodl...653696/photo/1

I will let you know now that i can not sew for my life and I forgot the light the edges. I tried the method of using a pencil and pulling the elastic overr, but I do not like the way it looks.

If you look at pictures you see the ribbon in the middle and then the red elastic in the back. Do any of you know how I can do that? It would mean so much to me

i'm kinda confused - all i see is a 3 layer bow and no elastic.

are you trying to gather the center of the bow with the elastic?

Maybe you could put a piece in the center and overlap the elastic in back? I have made a couple of dog bows and used the center ribbon to place the elastic on there
