Default Double stacked boutique?

Ok Ladies! I need your help. I am trying my hardest to make a double boutique stacked bow. I can make regular boutique bows and the itty bitty 2" stacked boutique bows but when it comes to stacking the big ones they get all wonky looking. This is what I am trying to achieve without the spikes.

What size boutique bow would I do on the bottom and then what size on top?
I tried using 7/8 on both and NOPE. I make the itty bitty stacking 2" boutiques with 5/8" - bottom boutique is .5" bigger than top one.

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

TIA- Melody

Most of the time when I make stacked bows, I use a larger sized ribbon on the bottom, ribbon just one step up. So if I'm making a large stacked bow, its 1.5 on the bottom and 7/8 on the top. For a medium stacked bow, I use 5/8 ribbon on the top with 7/8 ribbon on the bottom. Here's an example of one of my medium stacked bows, if it helps.

It depends on how you want it t o look. I sometimes use 7/8 for my base bow or the 1.5 ribbon.

1.5 inch ribbon for the bottom layer (I usually make 4-4/5 inch base bows)

then layers

then a 7/8 inch bow on top (around 3 1/2 inches wide)

the one u linked to looks like the bottom mite be a 1.5 inch ribbon stacked on top of a 7/8 but both bows look to be the same size. the spikes are larger then both.

Are you making both bows in the same style? (boutique, twisted, etc?) I make the bottom one standard boutique (will lay flatter than other styles) and the top one a TBB. This combination goes together nicely. Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but just making sure.
