Default Spikes...

I am seeing lots of bow makers doing a simple twisted boutique bow w/ some serious spikes behind it. I love them!!! but i wondered, for those of u making these...are you cinching the middles or just stacking and tacking them before adding them to the back of the bow. attached a link to an example. i love the way the spikes look on these but when i "cinch" mine they don't seem to look as these do so i was thinking maybe she is just layering them and then wrapping the bow w/ wire or ribbon to hold together after glueing it and then adding center. any thoughts?

yes you do need to cinch them , then glue to your bow and finally add the center knot securing both pieces

just make two or three smal stitches in the center and cinch it takes a little practice to make the ribbons get in the position you want them to stay ...and thanks for the compliment
