Default How to ship headbands??

Ok its not really a how to make question but I didnt know where else to post this.

I had my first craft show today, didnt got too well but I did a drawing for a free headband and now I need to know how to ship it to the winner without it getting broken. Is a bubble mailer ok? Since it was free I would like to ship for as low of a price as possible but still make it in one piece.

depends what kind of headband? for a woven a bubble mailer should be ok.
you can also mark on the envie (Hand process only~ No machine~ Fragile)
what i did since i didn't have light weight boxes is I went & got those Christmas t-shirt boxes (there light weight dollar store should have some) & i put tissue paper in them & wrap the headband up nicely.
close the box & wrap it in brown shipping paper.

Its a plastic glitter headband. I will look into small boxes I guess. Its going to be going to someone local so I dont want to spend too much.
