Have You Ever Given Clippies As Gifts?

I am going to a baby shower next Sunday and I wanted to give clippies for the gift. I thought it was a good idea but wanted to know you thought. If you would give clippies how many would you give? I have given them for birthday parties and baby showers. I usually make a clippie hanger and then clip about 20 clips on it as a gift

I gave clippies to my neice for her b-day. I think I gave her 2 or 3 and 6 or 7 dollars, however old she was turning.

That's a good idea about the ribbon hanger- I might throw one of those in too!

I love to give bows and clippies as gifts for baby showers and birthday presents. What I like to do is paint a flower pot to match their room. I put floral foam in the bottom and place bamboo skewer that I wrapped in floral tape into the foam. I then clip the flowers to the skewers. It turns out really cute. Sometimes I wrap ribbon around the top of the flower pot and put a bow on it to dress it up. So the girls will get clippies and a clippie holder. I just remembered I even have used some little tin pails for the base instead of flower pots. They come in lots of cute colors. I usually put in about 6 skewers and place around 3 bows per skewer, depending on how big the bows are. That way they can have room to put other bows that they might already have

I think it's a great idea for a gift. I do daycare and all my girls get bows as birthday presents. And sometimes their mom's buy extras.

I always give my clips as gifts. I usually put them in one of my little buckets with a gift card or put them in one of my organza boxes with a gift card.
