One order down, a million and one to go

So I busted my hump and made all 3 of these dresses tonight, I thought for some reason this was for a photo shoot next weekend, only for the photographer to call me today and confirm I'll be dropping them off tomorrow. YIKES! So here they are, so glad they weren't my ruffle tutus. Now I have 5 corset ballgown dresses to look foward to making. And I noticed that my tutus just get fluffier the more I make them, and I'm not doing anything different, at least I dont think I am. Don't mind the rambling, its 4:09 and I have yet to get to bed.

They are all gorgeous I really Love  the rainbow one.
May I ask you how you determine the size for these?
I had a woman order two newborn tutus for me but she said she didn't know what to do for tops for them, so I ended up doing one with the 5.5" crochet top. Now she wants one for her grand daughter that is size 5T.

I have 3 different top sizes. I use the 5.5 for new born and my 6 in up to one year then I use 8.5 for 12-18 then I switch to 10 in for up to 5T. My son has been in 5T for over a year and easily fits one of the 10 in tops

Do you use your tulle from a bolt? I use the ones on a roll it's so much easier for cutting

No problem, and then I made templates for cutting the length, I use 6 in for newborn-6 months then 8 for 6-12, and 11 for 12-18 then I think I jump to 18? Or I will have people let me know how long/short they want it.
