Sassy circle bow how to?

NOt good with directions but, I think this is where you would take a length of ribbon and run a needle and thread through one side (like making a yo yo if you know what that is) when you pull the thread tight it makes a circle, it will take a pretty long piece of ribbon! Good luck and I am sure someone else will right much clearer inst. than I....

I have heard of a yo-yo before, but don't know how you make it. Is it just a running stitch?
How would you finish it off for this sassy circle bow?

I saw these directions somewhere. You do take a running stitch down 1 edge of your ribbon & then pull it into a circle. Just stitch to 2 edges together & seal. Then just add your topper. I will look & see if I can find it again as I think there were measurements for the circle part.

i think they used 2.25" ribbon to make the circle. Maybe i am wrong!
