I searched for "beaded socks instructions" on Google. Most that I came up with were really ugly or ones you had to buy. But I did notice that they were crocheted. Well, I know how to do that! So I went to Wally-world, got some doily thread, some beads and set to work. It took me a couple of tries to get it the way I liked it. I didn't like the dangly look, so they are right on the edge of the sock. And I got smaller beads and ended up using two rows. In all, with the errors and all, they took me about 1.5 hours to do both. DD is wearing them today and I do think they turned out well! Except she wants to grab them everytime I change her diaper, lol!

I just asked my MIL to make some for my DD. She makes cool ponchos and hats but has never done socks before. Is it hard to do?
