I am so excited. I had bought 6" crochet headbands and intended on buying instructions so that I could learn how to make beanie hats with the big flowers. Well, I admit I am a little (ok a lot) impatient so I took out the elastic thread and figured out how to close one end to make a beanie hat!!!

I had mad a korker bow with marabou last night so I just clipped that on to check it out on my DD and it looked so cute (for the 17 seconds she left it on!!!).

I knew you guys would understand my excitement!!

Great Job on the hat. I have not tried to make any of those. Not sure how they will sell here.

Thanks so much for all the positive comments. I just started making bows and headbands for my DD and my niece and now a few people at work. I wish I had time to make a bunch and sell them at a craft show but I just wouldn't have enough done to make it worth it. Oh well, maybe if I win the lottery...

That is soooo cute. My one year old would have done the same. Everytime she has a clippie or bow in her hair I never see it again.... she looses them all the time.

So cute! How big of a child would that fit? I'm guessing not more than a couple of years old?

How would I make these for bigger girls? Say, an 8-year-old?
