Pull String Bow

I saw some organza pull string ribbon to make cute loopy bows and they reminded me of korker bows. So to test them out I made my own pull string ribbon (used about 2 yards of organza ribbon and made a running stitch every 3"). I attached it to a pony tail holder. I thought they were cute. What do you think?

I think that is very cute. Did you hand sew it at every 3" and then pull it together? I think that is what you said, anyways I like it!

I did hand sew the ribbon but you can buy it already done for you. All you have to do is cut the ribbon to length and pull the string. Super easy. I think I will buy some. Here is a link so you can understand what I'm talking about.

Very cool idea. It looks adorable! Though I don't entirely get how you did it. LOL Guess I am slow! Do you think it work work with grosgrain??

I did try one with grosgrain and I took a stitch every 2". It didn't turn out as nice as the organza one. It turned into more of a ball. I might try again doing the stitch every 3".
