chic witch tutu

I just made my first tutu yesterday . I made it for my DN, Kayla. She actually wanna be a dog for this halloween, but I can't make a dog tutu...so I came up with an idea, a witch...So, I called her mom about it, and my SIL was so excited. She showed her a book about witch shopping center or something like that to her, then she changed her mind. She wants to be a witch....I'm so happy now. I buy the accessories like the broom, bag, legging and t shirt at 3 separate places. I made the brooch for the shirt with tulle. I gathered them up, and there they are....Oh, btw, I made the witch hat clip too....Now, her older sister, ALexis wants to be a witch too...so I have to make another one....I call them chic witch princesses

What do you think? any suggestions since i think it's not that neat. It's just hard to wrap the band with satin.

great job! I love it! Where did you get your orange/black tulle. . .having a hard time finding it. . .also how did you do the hat, that's super cute!! I'm sure your neice will adore it!!

I got them from UB. I just order more form one of the group buys around here. For the hat I saw a lady on etsy, and I tried to make it...but, still can't make as good as she is. I'll work on that. You need black 1.5 GG ribbon, and make cone and anther one make a hole. Put them together and glue. Add bow/marabou under...that's the tricky part tho. The feather wont stay...so put alotta glue there.

I found some at HL. They had tons and last week they were on sale for $1.99 for the 25 yd rolls.
