Lets See your pony o streamers

Every body show your pony o streamers if you want. I would like to see everyones ideas. I need to do some for local schools.

Here are some of mine- which btw....I have sold like 20 of these in the last week-a lot of people like them and they also want them with an alligator clip instead of a ponyo- you may want to offer that.

What embroidery machine do you have? I love your stuff! Great job.

I do mine a little different. I like the clean look so I do the ends straight across and keep all the ribbon even. I guess it is just personal preference how you do them!

everyone's look great! I have a question about making them. This is how I do it, and I'm unsure if the glue will keep it together w/ wear and tear: I glue the stips of ribbon together, slightly overlapping their edges. . .then I wrap a piece of wire around the center and pull it tight. . .then I glue the center on a pony o, and wrap a piece of ribbon around the pony and center of the ribbons and glue it to finish. . .will this work? Do you all sew yours? Thanks!

I actually fold my ribbon around the pony o and then sew under it so that it can still move under the ribbon and then glue the ribbon over it. I know everyone does their different. I'm sure there isn't a "wrong" way I just don't know about how well it holds!

sorry- trying to visualize! Ok, so where are you actually sewing? If you fold the ribbon over the top of the pony o, you are sewing on the bottom? Through the pony o? I'm confused! Thanks for the help!

i started doing mine a different way i take my strips of ribbon stack them all together crease like you would a bow then sew and wrap then sew through the pony o..then i also glue the thread then i glue the center on..this is much faster than laying flat overlap glue and then all the rest..

That is why I don't do instructions!

I fold the ribbon over the pony o like this...^...and then sew the edges of the ribbon together under the pony o. That way the pony o can move under the ribbon...it isn't sewn through it.
