Very cute, but I agree with the giraffe. Might be cool to make one with some giraffe print ribbon. Shorten the neck some, and I'd be it'd look like a horse.

I think you are definitely on the right track! Just shorten the nose and the neck. I made a horse once, it is posted somewhere around here. I wasn't entirely happy with mine, but maybe it'd give you some ideas.
