Okay so I finally finished my tutus. I added the ribbon on the pant legs. I think it finished it off. (thanks for the advise) My 2 nieces party is on Sunday can't wait to see how they will like them or not. lol I've added a couple of bows I've worked on for them too. I thought I would make them each a ton of bows...I still have alot of work ahead of me.
