Just want to let you all know how i calculated the kufis invoices:

Those who bought only dozen beanies, this is how i calculated your first invoice.
$10.99 per dozen + $2.50(buy fee including gas cost) = $13.49 + paypal fee from http://thefeecalculator.com $0.71 = $14.20

My paypal is a business account, so i get charged even if you pay me using your funded account.

There is no shipping fee to me but there is a shipping charge to you as i cannot ship them for free.Thats why i sent the second invoice

I go to warehouse and pick them. They do not have online order and i cannot invest $1000 without payment first. Thats why i collected the payment(first invoice).

Now we are going to shipping: beanies fit into priority flat envelopes/parcel post/flatrate box but i do have to charge PP fee for shipping.

My beanies are soft and not the ones that are like floor mat for $10.95/dozen(wholesalecentral)

gabriellabella has seen my beanies.


Now i am having second thoughts of doing a buy for basic colors $9/dozen.Also the squeaky shoes?i cannot deal with fighting with me for pennies. it hurts me a lot.

If anybody can get my beanies for less than $10.99/dozen,then you r lucky.
If i am misrepresenting please let me know i will offer full refund. I will gladly sell them in my store.

I am not to sure what your exactly meaning with the post, but I do not have a problem paying the paypal fees for shipping.

You are putting all the work in, and getting these out to us, so If that the case....I think you should charge the fees. This way your getting all of your money. It's only fair.

I also have not received my second invoice......so when ever you send that out, I can get my paypal payment made.

I would still also be interested in doing a group buy for your basic colors.....as I am having the hardest time finding good kufi hats.

Hey Vanitha! Thanks for doing this and don't worry about all the people who are being b!tchy. You forget... alot of people think they should get everything for free!!! Wake up people!! The fees were CLEARLY stated from the beginning! Please don't give up on the basic color group buy, just don't sell to the people who are whinning!! If they want them, let them buy them from your store!!! Thanks again!! I sent my payment for shipping and I didn't whine not one bit!!! LOL

I have done group buys for all kinds of things (not necessarily bow merchandise) and it has always been standard practice and accepted among all buy groups I have ever participated in that paypal fees are always charged so that the actual cost still remains after paypal takes their cut.

Some people will crab no matter what you do, and I agree with the school of thought that you get your "blacklist" together and just don't accept them for future buys. That is what I have always done, and those who truly want the merchandise will gladly pay the few pennies per dollar to get quality product/service.

Sorry some people are giving you problems. ALL the group buys that I have participated have the EXACT same method. For new people that pop on the boards and see GROUP BUY and hop in on it without reading. It's all part of doing business!!

I know there are MANY that appreciate you doing this. The fact that there was no 10-20% shipping cost TO YOU was very nice! Even after all is said and done people will be able to sell the hats for at least double what they paid and usually much more.

Please don't give up on the other kufi buy!!! The tried and true non-complainers won't give you any crap and will be SO appreciative!

I'll be on the look out for the shipping invoice! No whining!

I say whoever is complaining, refund their money & sell their beanies to other people & don't let them participate in group buys anymore.

I so agree with you girls!!! Whoever is complaining needs to quit! All this was stated upfront! No one forced you into buying the beanies if you dont like it dont buy! Vanitha Thanks so much for doing this buy.. I hope you will do the basic colors buy, or at least let us ones that arent complaining buy!

Sorry people are giving you are hard time. I for one really appreciate you doing this buy. Anyone who has done a group buy before knows this is how it works. And finding good soft kufi hats is hard to do. I hope you continue to do more buys. Thanks!
