The Name Game Group Buy Ends October 26

If anyone is interested I am now starting the group buy for The Name Game; Worldwide designer and manufacturer of hand painted polyresin buttons for flatback resins! You can download their catalog from their website too see lots more flatbacks. Flatbacks are $5.92/per dozen of each style. They now have hair bow hardware! Those are listed under the "Hair Findings" category. Products;Hair findings product division by families

This is how it is going to work...

1. Post your orders on this thread along with your paypal address. Please try to post all flatbacks you want on 1 post, if you decide you need something else, please PM me to let me know. I will be keeping a record outside of this thread to double check I have all orders correct!
Please make sure when posting that you put the Item # AND what the flatback is (for ex. 4381 Santa)

2. I will end it on Sunday night at 11 pm, Oct. 26 that way since most of our DH's (or us) get paid on Fridays we will know how much we will be able to order, hopefully without anyone backing out!

3. I will call the order in on the morning of Monday, Oct. 27 to get a quote for shipping and the total order.

4. I will then post how much shipping will cost each of us and if anyone has a problem with the shipping cost, then you can back out but make sure you PM me. If you find that my PM is full, you can always email me at proud_mommi07@hotmail.com. If they are out of stock of any items we ordered I will post and PM you to let you know so you can tell me what you would like to do.

5. If anyone wants to back out, PM me or email me, otherwise I will assume you are still in and I will send you the first invoice on Monday, Oct 27 after posting the shipping cost from the company to me.

6. I will send everyone 2 total invoices. One at time of the order and another once I get the flatbacks.

7. The first invoice will be for your order and the shipping divided between all of us from the company to me plus paypal fees, which are about 2.9%. This will be sent out Monday Oct. 27. If you do not pay on this day then your order will NOT be included with this group buy!

8. The second invoice will be sent once I receive the flatbacks. It will be for shipping from me to you plus PP fees. I will send the cheapest way possible unless you want to pay extra for priority.


So, quick breakdown girls.....

Post orders from now until Sunday Oct. 26
Pay on Monday Oct. 27 with paypal. Invoices will be sent to you!
I will order on Tuesday Oct. 28, unless everyone gets their payments to me on time I can order on Monday Oct. 28!
Once I get the flatbacks in, I will send another invoice to have them sent to you!

Sorry for the book girls! I just wanted everyone to know that they can feel confident with me organizing this group buy!

I don't use flatbacks much so I probably won't do this buy. I don't have a lot of money to spare for supplies right now either! I need to make more money first before I spend it.

Ok. Thats totally fine. If there isn't many of you who can be in on this then we wont start it right now because I wasnt planning on buying a lot of these myself. If there are any of you out there who wants to do this, please post otherwise we can do it some other time. We need atleast $50 worth for the minimum. We can split them if you want. I can share a dozen with some of you if any of you want to do that!

It took me like 3 tries! It wouldnt let me download it at first but then I kept trying and it finally did! I dont know whats up with it!

Sure! You can order anything you want as long as we get to $50! So far it looks like its just me and you! LOL! Anyone else interested in buying any of their other products? I think I might buy some of their display strips! I might buy some Christmas flatbacks too!

If anyone is interested PLEASE post your orders now and you can wait to pay after I get a quote for shipping, then if anyone wants to drop out, you can and if we dont have $50 we will either cancel the group buy or move the ending date up a little!

Remember, we can half the dozen flatbacks if anyone wants to!
